Grahams Wetland Reserve is a large reserve located at the mouth of the Werribee River. The aim of the Bay Trail connection project is to provide an inclusive experience for different users, protect sensitive areas, and allow people to appreciate and value the natural beauty of this special place. With internationally significant wetlands to the south, the Graham Reserve section is the logical end-point of a continuous coastal trail skirting Port Phillip Bay. With a future inland connection to the Werribee River Trail, the transition from coast to estuary to river system will be an essential theme.
